A series of short film ‘process portraits’, looking at different artists practices through moving image in a way to try to bring to the fore the unique approach of that practitioner.


Making as drawing, drawing as making, filmic portrait as drawing.




1. 'Nameless Matter' is a short film about the process and practice of London based artist Tom Sewell.

Filmed and edited by myself with additional filming by Edmund Cook. Opening text by Angela Carter, further texts and music by Tom Sewell.
