Drawing pots on a potters wheel.
A selection of ceramic vessels picked from Muriel Rose's 'Artist Potters in England' are drawn whilst paper spins on a potter’s wheel. Aiming to find a way of drawing a vessel that is more vessel like or maybe 'making' a drawing as one would make a pot. The resulting drawings are abstract yet result in a different kind of representation; representation of form and movement that is more recognisable as action, rather than image.
